Staff was extremely friendly. Guests in the hotel were very loud. Lots of kids in the pool. Guest had marijuana in their rooms and smell was extremely evident. Hotel had signs everywhere, and there was no smoking allowed. Staff was very friendly and eager to help wherever they could. Room was very clean.

When we showed up the front desk couldn’t find our reservation and had entered us as a new arrival. I’m worried we may be charged twice for our stay.
