9.0 Excellent
Pros: good location with plenty of restaurants and cafeteria's . reasonble priced . shopping facilities !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The value for money is excellent. Breakfast was quite nice.
Cons: This is the case for all Ibis budget hotels, but I really hate waste - so just a suggestion: go green, please. No need for disposable plastic cups and bowls, it’s so much nicer to eat and drink from actual tableware. Drop the cheese where every single slice is packed in plastic, that’s just crazy! Also my hand soup was thrown away during the cleaning and replaced by a new one even though it was still almost full. So - little changes and customers (and planet) will be happier.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Little hôtel just for one night, the room for 3 is really little and uncomfortable , be Carefull with your Check in, we wait until 5 pm with the luggage outside because they close until 5
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Size of room, size of shower.
Cons: No complaints.
6.7 Good
Pros: Everything is perfect.... I like the place verymuch.Except the distance travelling to reach the place.
Cons: Only I found the soap apart from I never seen any daily usage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good clean hotel but strange layout in room ,Shower and toilet in a strange Hub ,with the large Hand Basin in the corner of the room by bed.
Cons: Breakfast disappointing, would have been better if their was maybe some cheese,or ham,or eggs like other budget hotels we stayed in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location at the entrance to the city, very easy to find. Good parking, clean&convinient room, automatic check in if you arrive late night. Green and silent place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good value. The lady on duty when we stayed was excellent, friendly and very efficient, a credit to Ibis. Breakfast was busy but had everything you could need. Room was small but very quiet. Easy parking. Buffalo Grill up the road if you cannot face driving and parking in the town .
Cons: Would not expect much more for the money.
7.5 Good
Cons: No coffee making facilities in room

7.9 Good
Pros: The location-the staff-it has a parking- view breakfast
Cons: Fitness room is really limited Parking place are really small Breakfast space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean & comfortable
Cons: We ate in the restaurant, servicer was very slow (there were just 3 other diners when we ordered), and although the food was ok, we didn't like the way it was served. Drinks were served with the meal, so we had to wait about 20 minutes before we could drink, and the meal was served in a large plastic tray, which felt like café service. It appeared this was done for the convenience of the staff, so that all the food, drinks & cutlery could be served together, but we don't like that sort of service from a hotel restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location with sea view & especially the dining room; the “snacks “ were very good.
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was excellent with fantastic views. Ideal for visiting the Dior museum and many other local sights. All very friendly staff. Clean dining area and rooms
Cons: The breakfast was minimal and overpriced at £15 per head per night. Good variety of cereals and drinks but cooked food was very thin on the ground at 10am. Finding a selection of restaurants in the area was difficult as most stopped serving at 7pm
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to the city and its Restaurants.
Cons: the view from the balcony in the direction of the City is not very nice. The look into the recreation center and its yard next door with a lot of ill people is not very enjoyable. Not holiday like. You also need to pass it if you go down town. At several days 6 am you hear the garbage collection, making a lot of noise and it is hard to go back to sleeep. No own Restaurant for dinner.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, location, breakfast and parking were excellent. Great view across the harbour from the room. Good restaurants within a few minutes. Granville itself is a nice working harbour town which can easily be explored in a day.
Cons: Only very minor issues really. The room was sparse with no character. The pillows were too soft. The breakfast area is quite small and cramped when busy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view on to the port

Pros: Great location, good value, bar on site!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, staff, restaurant, breakfast, bar, views from the terrace, little balcony for smokers.
Cons: A kettle in the room would have been nice, or a drinks machine for when the bar closed. This is not such a big deal, but I do appreciate being able to get a tea, coffee, etc. at awkward hours.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly reception and helpful in providing room on requested floor which was comfortable and clean. No problem with carparking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed our stay 100%
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were in Granville for Carnaval and chose the hotel for its location principally. We are aware of the 'Brit' chain and have used them when travelling - this hotel was well above the required standard. We were well placed being close to the parade routes. We were very impressed that on the day of the big parade the hotel had secured the car park with a manned barrier to prevent ingress of unauthorised individuals or vehicles. We were given detailed information at Reception about how Carnaval would affect our stay. Our room was well appointed and the ensuite was a modern wet-room style facility, all staff were friendly and welcoming to guests and the amount of confetti gathering in rooms seemed to cause no problem. The room cleaners were very helpful and offered help whenever they could. Restaurant recommendations were also provided in the room's information booklet. Altogether a great stay in a warm and peaceful room.
Cons: Our only disappointment was when we were leaving. We made our way to Reception where a white man and black woman appeared to be on duty. We were unsure if they were or not as our good morning greeting was completely ignored by both. We put our key on the counter and has to almost push our way past the workman who was occupying both the doorway and the attention of both staff members who were shouting to him across the lobby. As we managed to negotiate around the workman and got the front door open the male receptionist suddenly remembered his responsibilities and made a very hurried thank you, the lady behind reception continued to ignore our existence! If either of these staff members was not covering reception then they should not have been behind the counter The situation was disappointing bearing in mind how pleased we were with our stay. I sincerely hope management pick up on the situation and explain that guests come above workman regarding care and attention and that these two staff member had let their team down badly.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: A little more attention to cleanliness of the toilet and adjacent shower screen.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A nice hotel very close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well equipped.
