Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, highlighting the friendliness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude of the staff, especially Michael and Jelena. The breakfast was frequently described as ample, delicious, and freshly cooked, with guests appreciating the variety and quality. Cleanliness was consistently noted, with many describing rooms as spotless or immaculate. Comfortable beds and a good location were also mentioned positively. While a few minor issues were raised, such as early breakfast times or small bathroom details, these did not detract from the overall very positive experience reported by most guests.
