Pros (+) The location worked well for what I needed. The bathroom was clean.
Cons (-) The air conditioner was leaking water. The coffee pot was hard to work. The room smelled musty.

Pros (+) Good, basic motel for the area. Clean, updated in various ways. Friendly staff, easy check in. A bit better than I expected. I would stay here again.
