9.0 Excellent
Pros: The space was good, a little cozy but if you're out all day skiing it really doesn't matter. A family of four getting ready is a little tight but if you go from breakfast in shifts it works out. Breakfast was good but same thing everyday and anything hot is extra. The staff was super friendly and so helpful with reservations.
Cons: The tight quarters and not being able to make my own breakfast. No refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. Having a larger area to "hang out" outside the room would have been nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of hot water. Nice to have a wood stove and dishwasher
Cons: Didn’t have a oven
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely stay inside a super cute cabin. Fully equipped for independent catering but we had dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Made extra special by the fluffy duvets, the warm fire and the beautiful snow. The shuttle service to the ski lift is great and we were able to get skiing super early. Could not recommend this place more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for skiing and relaxing! Games and food available in main hotel. Feels like home here!

Pros: The cleanliness, the tastefulness of decorations in the room and colors. Also the hotel is in an old house which gives it character. The shampoo in the bathroom was so good that I decided to buy one for myself!
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the door room that transfer the sound from outside. But I guess they've chosen to not change them to preserve the integrity of this historic house.

7.6 Good
Pros: We were greeted by the owner (French speaking but spoke English) and she was very pleasant and welcoming, although extremely busy with dinner service at that point. She offered to help us with hiking/walking options when she wasn't so busy. Our room was small with a private bath, rustic and cozy. We chose not to have breakfast at the Auberge although it is offered for a fee.
Cons: Pillows not to our liking. The toilet had a plunger issue and constantly ran loudly every time it was used because the cycle didn't end. We had to take off the back and manually adjust the plunger each time --quite a hassle. It was so late and we were so tired that we didn't have the Auberge address it that night. However, in the morning when we checked out (1 night), we mentioned the toilet and the woman (not the owner) responded like she already knew it was a problem and didn't even offer an apology for not notifying us or for the hassle. That was very disappointing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: - great location just, just minutes (by car) to town and to Mount Sutton. - great staff, friendly, helpful, professional
Cons: Some rooms had been renovated but most were not. These rooms are ok but look a bit "tired".
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful service. Very comfortable up to date rooms. Convenient parking at front door. Spacious, varied common areas.
Cons: Located mid mountain. Few services, entertainment nearby. No breakfast or dinner service at hotel midweek.
6.0 Good
Pros: Right next to Mont Sutton; 2 min drive or you can walk. Cozy place.
Cons: The village is quite small and most stores and restaurants close early or are not open during most of the week. Because of this, it would be nice if the hotel had some basics in the rooms (coffee maker / kettle, a TV and a fridge). Also, there were a few broken things in our room that would have been easy quick fixes but were not addressed.
7.5 Good
Pros: There was no breakfast
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice big bed and clean bathroom. The toiletries were an added bonus.
Cons: Carpet in the bedrooms, dust around the borders and dirty windows.
