Pros (+) Clean, fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. They went out of their way to help us when we showed up earlier than planned.
Cons (-) had to pay extra for a puppy in a kennel that was only on site for 4 hours.
Pros (+) It was a place to sleep When the ice machine wasn't working, they brought ice from the store They were kind and apologetic At first glance the room looked clean and neat, had been painted
Cons (-) Furniture was old and neglected All the appliances were unplugged....had to plug in anything we wished to use. There were moths in the room The air conditioner was very loud The "make-over" was not very well done Though it was mostly clean, it appeared as though the carpet had not been swept The place we were in the previous night was less expensive and twice as nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast was supposed to be 7-9am. We checked at 7:15 and the room was dark with the chair still upside down. No one in sight to get breakfast going. We just left and stopped later on the road for breakfast. Very disappointing.
Cons (-) Toilet did not work and they would not change rooms despite that there were many vacant. Telephone in room not working, they did nothing. Breakfast was poor and most things were run out. Did not get restocked until most people had left. No landscaping in place very uninviting.

Cons (-) It was so gross! Dirty carpets, bugs, stinky room (my kids said it smelled like our salamanders cage when it is dirty, I agree). Blankets were dirty and stinky.
