Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's excellent location and some spacious, comfortable rooms. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, citing ongoing renovations, dirty common areas, and unclean rooms. The elevator was frequently out of service, causing inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Service quality varied, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as inattentive or unprofessional. Overall, the hotel's central location and room size were appreciated, but issues with cleanliness and elevator reliability were major drawbacks.
