Hotel St. Annen

The bed was extremely comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful , Thank you. and the breakfast was delicious.

What really stays with us is our experience with the St. Annen staff. Every single one of them, be it in the reception or in the breakfast or cleaning departments, were extraordinarily charming, helpful, efficient and friendly. We asked the people in the reception for advice concerning restaurants and help due to computer problems we experienced, and we couldn´t believe how efficiently, kindly and sweetly the reception staff - all three of them - handled our queries and questions. We had to leave in the middle of the night to catch a flight and the night-watchman - also he! - was just as kind as all the others had been: he made coffee for us at 3:30 AM and insisted on serving us bread, cakes... It was like leaving family! thank you, St. Annen staff!

We liked everything perfectly.

Hotel St Annen is located on the cusp of the St Pauli area. The room was a good size - the bed fairly comfortable (a little hard for my liking). The hotel is just out of the St Pauli and city centre -(15-30 min walk depending on where you are going). Breakfast was ok - not a huge amount of options.

Wifi was a bit patchy

This hotel worked perfectly for us being close to everything we wanted to see! and the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful

It’s clean and not too big so it almost feels like home. Thumbs up for the delicious omelet with fine herbs we got on Wednesday 14th! The personal was also nice and smiling.
