Location is excellent and the breakfast was sumptuous. Rooms were comfortable. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Good value for money. A budget resort in serene atmosphere suitable during rainy season.
Too many mosquitoes outside and we cant enjoy the nice weather. There was no hot water available for bathing. Neither there is a coffee/tea maker in the room nor bed coffee/tea available as room service before 7 am. Can't complain about lack of watersports due to inadequate rains this year.

Wi-Fi was not working and location is also very interior which makes it unsafe to reach after 7. Staffs were also not so approachable.

Nice place, exactly how you see it on pictures.
1) When booking on booking.com the price was 2890Rs. however tax was not included and when I arrived at hotel they charged me tax + 5% for using international credit card. Final price was 3456 Rs per night. 2890 Rs is quite expensive for such a place, but I stayed there before and decidied to go there again. But +20% on arrival is a little bit way too much. 2) Hot water was not running. We asked staff to help, he said "ok ok no problem" and just disappeared. We had to take a cold shower.
