Pros (+) Location is fantastic. Friendly staff are great and accommodating. Having a variety of room amentities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove) is very nice.
Cons (-) Coffee maker & fridge were somewhat broken - had to shut off the fridge because the compressor made so much noise; coffee maker spilled coffee while brewing. Room interior is clean but shabby. Curtains don't block light.

Pros (+) Nice little place. Owners were pleasant. Old reviews from past owners have hurt this location. New owners have been fixing it back up, and we had no problems at all. Every thing you need right there. Beach is across the street, and stores and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from all the fun, but far enough up the street that it was not loud at night.
