Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it easy to access downtown and local attractions. Friendly and accommodating service, especially from the owner and staff, was another highlight for several guests. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, mold, pests, and general disrepair. Bed comfort was also a recurring issue, with some guests describing the beds as uncomfortable or in poor condition. Overall, while the location and service were positives, cleanliness and comfort need improvement.

Pros (+) Location is excellent for when that really matters. Owners accommodating. Parking decent for large vehicles. Breakfast grab and go is a definite plus.
