Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near shopping centers and city attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the bathroom facilities, citing cleanliness, poor design, and maintenance issues. The breakfast received mixed feedback, being described as adequate by some and disappointing by others. The pool was a notable source of disappointment, with several guests mentioning it was empty or not as expected. Overall, while service and location were strong points, improvements are needed in bathroom and pool facilities.
