Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff, especially individuals like Lily and Tom, are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including dated facilities, dampness, and insufficient cleaning. Noise from the street or nearby hospital is another common concern, affecting sleep quality for some guests. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it satisfactory and others considering it basic or disappointing. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
