Time Hotel

The reception lady spoke perfect English, was very informative and helpful. There was an AC, a fan and a fridge. An elevator made life much easier.

The room smelled like a rotten rat. There was no window which makes you feel utterly depressed if you stay in that room for more than 10minutes. The bulb in the bathroom was out, later on, they fixed it. The breakfast didn't exist b/c "it's Tet". The hot water did show up most of the time but not always. Judging from the pictures, I expected a nice and clean room. I ended up in a dungeon.

The hotel is in a prime location , right in the centre of the old quarter , WiFi was very good But apart from those two things , nothing else

I stayed here 3 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed my stay that time , but this time was quite the opposite, it seems all off the good staff no longer work there When I first got to my room , I found the safe was not working , when I went back down stairs and reported the problem, was told yes it is broke Most off the staff seemed uninterested, and on the 1 day I went down to breakfast, was told go next door !! I booked up a return airport transfer, picking me up from the airport was ok, but on the return journey I went down to check out , and the staff member was fast asleep , so I had to wake him up , and all the hotel had done was book a taxi ,( I could have done that myself Also that morning went to get a shower only to find the shower had stopped working If I ever go back to Hanoi , I would not stop here again
