Pros (+) Most of the staff were amazing, it’s shch great value, the pools are so relaxing and nice and clean. The environment the pools are in can’t be beat, so lush and wild. The family pool was great even for my infant, and the adults only pool is nice because it’s hotter. The resort is so grand and old. Harrison is always such a treat.

Cons (-) Some of the staff weren’t the nicest but they were the exception. The walls in the old part of the hotel are very very thin, so you can hear a lot and it’s easy to get a noise complaint even when talking at a reasonable volume. However, staying in the old part of the hotel adds to its charm so I’d go again, it’s just something to be aware of.

Cons (-) Old,dirty, musty, dusty, stink, had to pay for water in room. The beds were old and felt like sleeping on springs. The bed was so uncomfortable could not sleep and debated many times in the middle of the night to leave.
