Pros (+) Very friendly staff, great hot breakfast service, close to JMU, restaurants, stores. Smaller hotel so not crowded, especially at breakfast. As a place to sleep for a night or two while in Harrisonburg, it works but I wouldn't recommend it as a "great place to stay."
Cons (-) You can hear through walls, toilets flushing, showers running, talking, etc.; rooms were clean on the surface but I found a dead bug in the corner and hair/dust on the box spring mattress cover. (I always check for bedbugs no matter where I am staying.) The pillows were tiny like travel size pillows.
