6.0 Good
Pros: Central to our location
Cons: Rooms were dirty, dead cockroach in our room and a live one in our bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: the comfort of the bed, the whole hotel, the lounges, the garden, the swimming pool, the choice at breakfast, the helpful staff.
Cons: Overall the experience was ok but the incessant noise of the garden fountains in the night is unbearable and kept me awake. I don't understand why you don't switch off the fountains at night, they are useless. the price of breakfast is exaggerated even though the buffet was vast. it does not correspond to the average prices of hotels of the same category where we stayed. Then the LED lights in the rooms give a sisnistre lighting. We should think about changing that. the state of the bathroom is poor compared to the rest of the hotel: joints between the tiles, noise of the ventilation, state of the shower...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of our favorite hotels. Just so perfect and comfortable. Perfect for day game drives.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: I was right
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were brilliant, always ready to help and always happy Food was excellent and very good value
Cons: The pool was a little green and clearly needed attention and there were too few things to do when pouring with rain as it did every day for us! Could have stayed in Blighty for that! In defence though we did see lots of animals
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The lodge is located in the middle of bush land but easy to reach by normal car. The breakfast und dinner served at the restaurant was delicious. The Cheetah project is amazing and should be supported with your visit, it is definitely worth the visit!
Cons: The bar closed too early at around 10pm. The lodge did use too much single-use plastic (shower gel, good night candy) and this contradicts the advertising on their homepage as being eco-friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all the staff are very good! They try to do anything you are requesting. Some things are so organised or thought of is brilliant. Break fast is between 7-9. We did a early morning game drive and would not be back till after 10am. But that would mean you miss breakfast. When we asked about a take away pack, we got told that when we would arrive back breakfast would be served for us. Besides that the general area’s are big and comfortable. Big area where you could sit and read, a game area, outdoor pool area was great too. The gardens are maintained well. The room we stayed in was spacious and a lovely bed. Bathroom with a big walk-in shower. A visit to the Cat conservation is a must, the highlight of our visit!
Cons: Nothing what so ever!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff spacious rooms, clean . Pool games room outside relax area just pure africa. We did a cheetah tour worth every second
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Meals were excellent and the location was very good. The Cat tour was well worth the visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the lodge. Will go back again.
Cons: Our bed was a huge super king bed with a large room and great facilities. My only concern was that the bed was very firm and could have been a little softer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Second visit to Emdoneni. I booked 2 hours before arriving. We arrived at 3.30 and filled out the relevant documents. I stated that I was pescatarian but realized that it was a bit late to make a difference to our dinner. At dinner time I looked at the menu and realized that I would just be having salad and veggies( which is fine by me)but as my soup bowl was cleared, a magnificent plate of fish appeared. I was totally blown away by that personal touch. We just spent one night as we were heading home from a diving holiday. The staff are super friendly and I cannot find fault in anything. We did have a cat tour and that was really informative
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely accommodation. Staff were so accommodating and happy. Food was really good. The visit with the cheetahs and other cats was amazing and so interesting. Walks within the property were great, seeing zebra, monkeys and all kinds of deer.
Cons: We couldn't fault anything apart from the same CD playing every night in the restaurant and bar.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The spa treatment was good
Cons: My visit was for a quick star rating getaway coupled with a spa treatment for my mom as a treat for mother's day. Sadly upon arrival to our room the facilities were underwhelming and certainly not of a 4 star rating. After driving 6h30 all I wanted was to freshen up before dinner, but when I got to the bath tub not only does it have permanent stains on it but was full of dead insects and insect feces. The toilet had urine stains and did not flush. The bathrobe and towels are so old they a full on reminder that you certainly not the 1st user. After calling reception to report this we were moved to another room which was full of dust and the tub and basin were also full of permanent stains. Real disappoinment to have to have my mom point out the built up dust on a trip that was meant for her to relax and enjoy her mother's day. When I called reception (again) I was told that the dust is due to the monkeys playing on the tent and is normal. All as though this is not only a health hazard and totally unacceptable for a 4 star rated place. The star rating for this place needs to be reviewed as it does not qualify as a star rating place at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent choice of food. Great location. The staff here are fantastic

Pros: Great Place to Stay Close to St. Lucia . The Quad Tour to the Flamingos and Pelikan was Great thx alot
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very comfy, the internet was great too. The drinks nice and cold and we'll presented. The activities were great too, recommend the quad tour to the flood plains. The concession is great too, nice walks and easy drive around, seen some game and the view point is great for a sundown! Our lunch on the second day was good and the prawn starter and main course we had (fish) was nice too.
Cons: Our stay was nice but we feel the main lodge area and poolside (lodge) needs more comfy seating under shade. As a couple we found it difficult to get time at the pool to cool off as large groups or family's effectively take over the area. We also thought the food was a bit of a let down. Our new year's Eve dinner (all together at the Boma) was very average, soup, sausage and pap with relish and a sponge pudding. We noticed in the morning the butter was on the turn, we didn't mention it as another guest had already pointed it out... however that evening nothing had changed. It's a real shame as the lodge and rooms are stunning!

Pros: location was different, room was nice and view was lovely.
Cons: food in general was very poor, very small portions and not much variety. left the dining room still not satisfied. I didn't have an option to book without meals and getting to the dining room and having a tiny piece of fish and ribs for my husband that would have only satisfied a 5 year old for adults was very disappointing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff very pleasant at all times. Had a beautifully prepared table for our anniversary dinner with a complimentary bottle of wine.
Cons: Poor service at breakfast. Waited 20min before being attended to. Had a lizard fall on my fingers while eating supper. Chicken was uncooked on 1st night at braai . Menu set, not much to choose from. Menu change's while we were already seated at dinner and had placed dinner order's.
