Good location in district one but as the “park” showing on google maps is a construction site you’ll get nicer locations close to the market and district 1 sights.
Very unclean. I have stayed in hotels from Ethiopia to Palestine in all budget ranges and was very disappointed to have two dirty towels from the previous guest (plus their used soap!) in the room, a dirty floor and dust and mould everywhere. I asked for the room to be tidied next day and towels were removed but the bedding was left in a pile! In a city of smiley people the young staff looked bored or tired. We didn’t pay so much so we didn’t make a fuss but i think you could definitely get better value. We had no window in our room and heard the nearby bar through the walls. Oh and we couldn’t work out the lights one night and so just turned the electricity out!

Good location. Good price.
There was construction going on right beside the hotel so every morning from about 8am there was loud drilling and banging on the walls. Hotel was comfortable and fine for what we needed but I would not recommend if you are looking for a hotel to spend a lot of time in. We were on the 6th floor and staff had loud conversations outside our room each morning which was also annoying.

The staffs are nice and very accomodating. The place is really clean and near the bus station and tourist places.
Had a misunderstanding about the extension of our stay. Thought it was free of charge but actually, it was for a fee. But it was alright as they offered to keep our luggages for free when we refused to extend our stay.
