the place is running down.........furnishings looking old, cracked mirror in our room.......no microwave.........with the new competition around the corner I would have thought they would pick up their game, but sadly that is not the case.

Pros (+) I decided to stay at the Aloft due to Great experience. Very friendly staff. I love the neighborhood and the restaurants around and across from the Aloft. Loved the complimentary valet parking. Make sure to tip the valets. Pricing is pretty reasonable.
Cons (-) My room was canceled due to a lte arrival at 2 am. I put in the time we were arriving. My room was canceled. I called the front desk. The attendant was extremely nice in rebooking us. The down side was it was at a higher rate.
Pros (+) Very modern, stylish hotel. Helpful staff, delicious breakfast from the cafe.
Pros (+) The beds were great. Location was wonderful. Very quiet and clean. Each one of those attributes is most difficult to find in a nice hotel that will accept pets. Pet friendly is very important to us when we travel.
Cons (-) The trendy barn door on the bathroom is loud, cumbersome and not easy to use.
Pros (+) From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with this place!! Awesome location and very kind staff. We will be staying here again when we're back in town!
Cons (-) Parking Garage had spots filled with cleaning debris and old equipment very near main entrance to garage and main lobby. Very Messy Garage that looked like it hadnt been swept or cleaned since construction. Also - shower wouldnt drain properly and the shower handle was falling off. Hire a new Maintenance Crew!
