Get what you pay for. This T4 location had a lot of good reviews online but my experience was subpar. Bathroom liquids were low, we were only given one towel for the two of us. Location is good, expect a good walk from T4 but it was covered and safe from traffic and the elements.
The staff was nice and very helpful. The WiFi was bad. Paying £15 for the ultimate WiFi for 7 days was the other option but it was difficult to contact customer support and limited to three devices at one time. The speed was not that fast. My WiFi at home is 20 times faster. Our room also had a leak that was never resolved.
Pros (+) Perfectly located in T4 with just a walkway to the terminal. Has large rooms and a 24hr cafe!
Pros (+) Great value for the money. Great customer service. Great Breakfast and great dinner. The ribeye was awesome. Get the meal deal. Convenient to Terminal 4.
Cons (-) 3.5 miles from terminal 5 to terminal 4. Couldn’t figure out how to take the express train to terminal 4 so ended up taking a cab

Pros (+) Room request was honoured. Room was clean and comfortable as well as being very quiet. We had drinks at the bar where there was a pleasant ambiance and reasonable prices. Very well located for access to Terminal 4.

Cons (-) Be advised, some booking sites require payment on arrival. This was booked by my company. Thankfully I had cash but they did not take Malaysian Ringgit (hotel is looking in to this as they're at T4). Be aware there are limitations on how you can pay on arrival. Card, GBP sterling and only a few foreign currencies.
