Amazing staff at the front desk. Helpful and courteous.
Value for Breakfast Good. CVS located around corner
Shower and furniture needs retouching
Nice snacks in lobby unfairly responsive staff.
Better value for money and better cleaning. Also had a nice comb taken from room. Poor value for money.
Hotel was comfortable, price is reasonable, and employees were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again
Staff was good and attentive.
Headboard was lose and it banged against the wall with the slightest movement . Bathroom stank every time we ran the tap. TV froze every 3 min and required you to restart it.
The location was walking distance to the theater district, the restaurant was excellent.
Unfortunately, our toilet overflowed the first time we used it. Staff came to fix the situation quickly; however, they did not use disinfectant to clean it nor the floor that was flooded.
No assistance from staff carrying luggage. Got to carry 200 lb of stuff in freezing cold temp
not terrible- was close to ballpark, good price.
Tiny rooms. $30 parking. Funky bed smell- very musky
I don't recommend this hotel
I just like location is good
Staff was not help full
Outstanding customer service
I want my money back
I reserved a room for two nights through a booking agency and paid with a card. I wasn't able to make the trip so I cancelled the night before. I had the reservation for less than 24 hours and I cancelled it 24 hours before I would have checked in, but I was still charged for the first night. The booking agency said it was the hotels policy and vice versa. They just stole $110 from me
We do "staycations" on weekends all over Texas and we've had some odd smelling rooms but the smell of crawfish we do strong I got sick. There was no fabreeze or candles to light to help the smell so I had to use my expensive perfume. Sadly will not be returning.
How friendly and helpful the staff was.
Good internet connection, clean and comfortable (despite a little small) room.
Valet parking return was rather slow, even if I warned well in advance of my departure.
the room was clean and comfortable and provided a good base
the website indicated charges not entirely commensurate with the actual room cost. It is fair to say there is some degree of deception concerning the room rate and services offered and the final charge which was considerably (more than double) expected.
The free internet service (and even printers) was very helpful. The gym was tiny but had basic equipment. The restaurant was pleasant.
location to convention centre.
It exceeded my expectations. I was there solo and using it only as a sleeping base and it met all my needs and more.
The room I had may be a little small for use by more than one for an extended period of the day. The free Wi-Fi was a bit weak but the hotel quickly supplied a cable to overcome that problem.
Close to the Conference Center. Good service.
Breakfast too simple and expensive.
Room design and facilities, contemporay european style, location
Good location, nice room, and friendly staff.
Great location. The staff was also very helpful and hospitable.
