Late checkouts would've been good
Location looked like it was brand new. Great value
COVID limitations that deleted the usual benefits of staying at a hotel like this.
Very kind and friendly woman was at the front desk when checking out. I wasn't feeling well and she allowed us to check out a little late and was very nice.
2nd floor had very strong chemical smell that gave us headaches. Bathroom smelled of mildew and had mildew or mold in shower and on shower curtain. Room felt very humid.
The staff was very friendly, my room was clean and the location.
The ceiling in the lobby was collapsing, one of the side entry doors does not work and the refrigerator was very loud.

The breakfast sucked (thanks COVID-19) and there was no snacks you could buy or drinks.
Housekeeping did not come at all during my 5 night stay. I even requested housekeeping 4Xs in one day with no response. Also, the day before my checkout, I requested a later hour with the manager, and they came banging on the door before the time agreed!
1st floor rooms are huge
The internet is terrible. I had to switch from the 2nd floor to the 1st to get work done and it was still lagging and cost me time and money. They said they understand the issue and are working on it...
Location and parking
booked 2 queens but room was not available. Ended up getting 1 king and a sleeper but paid the same amount.
The front seat people were very nice and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and sanitized. I felt real safe there!
