Pros (+) The location was fantastic for visiting the museum district.
Cons (-) The staff was not well organized and not attentive. The decor was disappointing after having stayed at the Dallas ZaZa.

Pros (+) We booked the fantastico suite for $245 and when we arrive and mentioned it was for a birthday the receptionist hooked us up with the Black Label suite that was simply unbelievable. The room must be over $1000 per night. One of the magnificent seven suites. Will certainly stay again! Thanks Zaza fam.
