Guests frequently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful service, central location ideal for exploring the area, and a breakfast that is generally considered good and plentiful. Many appreciate the comfortable beds and the overall cozy atmosphere. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms or unclean bathrooms, and some guests note that the hotel and its amenities are somewhat outdated.
