Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, especially for airport access. Many found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly in several instances. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including unresponsive staff, billing issues, and problems with shuttle and phone communication. Cleanliness was generally a highlight, though some experienced dirty rooms. Breakfast quality and availability received negative feedback, with confusion over what was included. Overall, while the hotel is valued for its location and cleanliness, service and breakfast could be improved.
