Pros (+) This place was perfect. A step away from the beach. Good food at their resturant. AC and refridgerator. Balconies overlooking the pool. And only a couple blocks away from Hildalgo street.

Pros (+) The new part of the hotel was beautiful. Our balcony faced the pool and the beach. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a great location and in walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants.
Cons (-) The hotel tried to give us a room in the old building without the refrigerator when the reservation was for the new part with a refrigerator. When we told the front desk they put us in the wrong room, the man at the front desk charged us an additional $100 US cash to upgrade to the room we actually reserved. He put that money in his bag. The website also said water bottles were in the room but it ...

Pros (+) We liked the location of the hotel and the pool area. The hotel staff besides reception was very kind and friendly.
Cons (-) The man at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We asked for towels three times because the showe was overflowing onto the bathroom floor and for some reason it was a big deal. Some of the towels we received were stained.
