It was centre of everything and the staff was polite and rooms was very clean and in coming back to Portland soon and would definitely book there again
Reception not manned. Had to wait over 90 minutes before we could book in. Poor TV in room. No tumblers in bathroom. Heating only available at certain times.
very poor quality breakfast nothing was to my liking the building was being used for DHS homeless the place was very run down
bathroom had mold growing on the tiles carpets were all badly stained bed was old and had a thin mattress the room was cold and the heating only came on for a short while
Yes I was not happy with the room we arrived at 830pm and had traveled from Coventry My wife is a private nurse and dose not get much time away The room was freezing on the Sunday night/ Monday morning we were all awake at 3am because it was so cold I did speak to dawn staff member and said I wanted a discount of some sort The reply was no we were not even given instructions for breakfast So left very unhappy
