Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and value for money, making it convenient for exploring major attractions. However, many reviews mention serious cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and problems with pests. Service is often described as unhelpful or lacking, with complaints about missing amenities like towels and poor communication. Breakfast quality and availability are frequently criticized, and several guests found the rooms to be small or cramped. Overall, while the location and price are positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
