Pros:Coffee in the office
Cons:The Management and help was rude. There was one nice employee, a man who worked at night. The room was nasty, mold on the pictures, moldy smell, water leak under one of the sinks that soaked the carpet, wallpaper peeling off the wall, carpet was stained and dirty, cobwebs in the bathroom, washer and dryer on the property didn't work and they told me I overloaded it - with 10 t-shirts from my Marine son? Really?

Cons:The room cleanliness was overall lacking. Shower did not drain. Grey funk in the floor of the shower. Staff was very dismissive of feedback. Will not be returning.

Pros:Nothing Did not get what we reserved on reservation. When we arrived late at night all they had available was a king bed, handicap room. Rep at desk was not helpful and was rude. The room was terrible, dirty, carpet was wet around air conditioner and had a bad smell. We were locked in on room because of their cancelation policy
Cons:Didn't like anything about the room or facility Would never stay at this Baymont Hotel again

Pros:I liked the price and that it was located near everything.
Cons:The floors had debris like it was not vacuumed. The bathroom door was dirty. Wasn't fond about criminal activity going on and them getting arrested in the room next to our. The coffee offered in the room was really gross tasting. I wish they offered more fruit options for breakfast.
