Pick up was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The truck was clean and rode good. The only issue i do not like is the fact I am still waiting on my deposit to come back! Everywhere else i have ever got a rental from the deposit goes right back on your card soon after you drop off. It's been a few days and still no deposit! That actually worries me being this was my first time using Dollar rental. Even when I dropped off the truck the lady at the desk said she is going ahead and releasing my deposit back to me but I have not received it so where is it?? 🫤😟

Fast pick up. However car smelled like smoke and had intense deodorizer trying to mask it. And there was an undocumented scrape on the bumper that held me up for 40 minutes when I returned the vehicle.
