Pick up was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The truck was clean and rode good. The only issue i do not like is the fact I am still waiting on my deposit to come back! Everywhere else i have ever got a rental from the deposit goes right back on your card soon after you drop off. It's been a few days and still no deposit! That actually worries me being this was my first time using Dollar rental. Even when I dropped off the truck the lady at the desk said she is going ahead and releasing my deposit back to me but I have not received it so where is it?? 🫤😟

My drop off was great in Delaware. In Richlands was awful. There was no one there. Ten or so minutes later, the guy came with a pizza for his dinner. Still waited another 5 minutes. He handed me the keys, told me where to pick the car up, didn’t explain anything to me,and I thought was rude. I drive a 2007 vehicle and was unfamiliar with this car. Poor Customer Service in Richlands.
