Pros (+) It was a great room on the beach with a nice fire pit and multiple bars. Really enjoyed the whole thing.
Cons (-) When we arrived their was a vomit stain on the concrete outside our room. Not terribly close but not good. Also people did not pick up after there dogs. Saw a few "gifts" on the ground near our room.
