Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful service, highlighting the welcoming staff and owners. Many appreciated the spacious, clean rooms and the authentic, traditional Japanese atmosphere of the ryokan. The onsen experience and beautiful garden views were also mentioned positively. Pros (+) It’s a little old and far from the city Center, but the owners are so friendly and offered to pick us up and drive us to the train station! We also had amazing ramen and sushi in the local neighbourhood!
