Pros (+) cleanliness and facilities.
Cons (-) Front desk staffs can be more polite. TV is is at a location that you cant watch from bed and most likely you are going to hit your head on the partition they have.

Cons (-) Rooms were small and dirty... toilet had what looked to be black makeup spots, mirror had dirt, tub had dirt, and there were crumbs on the couch.

Pros (+) This Days Inn is offered a really good room - comfortable beds, great lighting, quiet cooling, frig + microwave. The staff is friendly and responsive to needs (our room lacked enough towels -- which were quickly supplied).
Cons (-) The breakfast was adequate, but suggest adding an easy protein source -- boiled eggs, for example -- and a slightly wider number of options in the "breads" category. Otherwise the options for cereal, yogurt, fruit, biscuits, juice and coffee is fine.
Cons (-) A/C barely worked, the elevator worked half the time, and they shut the water off for a few hours during one of the days we were there.
