Cons (-) The room was not clean at all. The floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom had hair all over the floor and shower from the previous guest.

Cons (-) Pool was still under maintenance when the sign and website clearly stated it would reopen by the date of our stay. When we inquired about it after we had already checked in for a couple hours the woman stated we can cancel our reservation. As if we can go somewhere else. Pros (+) Great location and easy to access downtown KC. Staff was pretty polite and awesome for moving our room closer to the other couple we traveled with.
Cons (-) Our fitted sheet for our bed had someone's hair all over it, that wasn't ours so we slept on top of the top sheet and our bed was rather uncomfortable and rock hard, but other than that everything else was pretty clean.

Pros (+) The location and parking was easy to get to and from. The staff was polite. The hotel was clean.
Cons (-) The bed was terrible. It was rock hard and worn out. We have sore backs now and probably will for a few days. The only other complaint was the loud bathroom, we're not sure if it was the room next door's heating/cooling but it was loud and had to be shut during the night.

Cons (-) The bed was as hard as a rock. The staff never gave us a parking voucher so when we left we had to pay 10$.
