Pros (+) Good facilities - gym, pool, spa. Everything is very clean. Great restaurant, with very reasonable prices.
Cons (-) Location - it is not even in Kata, it is on a hill observing Kata, limited by highway so you cannot walk out, only take a taxi. Feels like a prison. Taxi prices and car rental prices in hotel are out of proportion. You can walk to a small taxi station 100 meters from the hotel and get twice cheaper price, and if you want to rent a vehicle do it in the town - cheaper and they do not try to take you...
