Pros (+) Good location. Shuttle service to airport.
Cons (-) Due to Buchmesse completely overpriced. Staff in restaurant is not very professional and did not take my orders very serious. I had to wait a long time for drinks and an espresso. The parking lot for check in is a joke.

Cons (-) wifi in the room nearly non-existing. worked only in the bathoorm and only when sitting on the toilet. I mean, sure where else would you need wifi. No shuttle to terminal 2.

Pros (+) Room was nice, hallway outside room rough looking. Front desk was very hard to deal with. First key they gave me didn't work. Could not print my receipt in the morning, after 10 minutes I gave up and got on the bus to catch my flight. I asked how I could get it, and he said I had to get it from Kayak. Business hotels know they need to be able to do this.

Cons (-) We where early for check in they said it wood be a additional $40.00 plus euros. The night mag. said we could possibly check in at 1200. We talk to the next desk clerk, he said the same but check in was not till 1500 ? Then he said maybe 1300 ? I told him we are getting three different answers ?
