The Derwentwater Hotel

The hotel houses 47 rooms. Some rooms have gorgeous views of the lake. Guests can book superior apartments as well. The apartments have kitchens with all that’s needed to prepare meals. There are rooms that are dog-friendly for those traveling with their animals. All rooms are furnished differently. They have either tubs or showers, so guests wishing to have one or the other should request that at booking. There is free WiFi, as well as TVs with digital programming.

Every day, The Derwentwater Hotel serves a full breakfast to its guests. Note there is a fee for this. There is a restaurant located on the property, as well as a bar for some cocktails. For anyone who wishes to eat outside the hotel, there are plenty of choices that aren’t too far away. The Restaurant at the Cottage in the Wood is less than three miles from the property.
