Rooms and the old decor
The pool is not nice. Definitely not suitable for children. Not appealing at all.
They didn’t have many items that I tried to order of the menu. Staff not attentive and have to keep calling them for items during lunch/dinner.
Great welcome from staff, starting at the security gate to Donna who was excellent checking us in and effortlessly sorting out a mistake I made when booking. The quaint hotel that has the feel of a small home-style B&B yet is part of a large chain. Even though they had their own restaurant also recommended the Occidental close by that turned out to be fantastic. A brief overnight stop that was good we are returning just to enjoy a longer stay at the beginning of December.
For the price and service would be churlish to complain about minor things.
We used the hotel as it was within walking distance to the Conference Centre we were using for our Church Revival. So the location was good, we also wanted to see the Big Hole complex so again convenient. As far as the rooms are concern it was good.
We found the breakfasts a little pricey so did not have, as for the rooms, the only thing that was uncomfortable was the big heavy duvets and the covers appear to be to big for the inner so when sleeping the cover was hindrance. Also the fact that the beds moved can be very dangerous for short people to get onto the bed with the movement. Maybe look at some sort of stopper when the beds are made single. Just a suggestion
Breakfast was good!!! Rooms were clean and Tidy Dinner was ok. Temp were around 38/37 degrees Celsius we dint have fridge even to put water, this was unacceptable, never mind col-drinks. We couldn't use Bath ,no prop in the bathroom. Shower was leaking, the minute you want to shower you open water, there was water just splashing all over even on the floor from the roof.
Beds were not so comfortable Fridge unacceptable especial in that weather(no fridge in our room) Bathing towels only! 2Towels,that was disgusting Hand towels and Bathroom towels were ,2 only. You bath at night, then in the morning you have to use your own.
