BED BUGS

This place was disgusting. Family and friends had tmrented out multiple rooms and all of them experienced a bad case of bed bugs. Our whole bodies were bitten up. When we reported this to management, management did not seem to care. There was no apology nor any compensation. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had to endure. To top it off, not only could we not sleep due to bed bugs, there were also loud people and loud music till 5a.m. The customer service was terrible and the rooms were absolutely disgusting.
