Great value for money
The rooms are really comfortable and it’s close to Disney! The hotel isn’t anything to write home about but the heated pool and jacuzzi were great for a January night in Orlando. I’d definitely stay again.
Hotel hallways smelled funny and our room didn’t have bottled water, which it was supposed to. Not dealbreakers for me.
Employees are friendly and give assistance
Not the best quality room but good location and ammenities
The pool and game room, restaurant on site for convenience
The hotel seemed quite old. Maybe we were in the older section but the rooms and hallways could use some new carpeting. Room smelled musty as if there may have been some mold present.
I liked the entire stay all around. Staff was friendly & I loved that they provided shuttles that drop you off and pick you up at the theme parks. Also, they had a car rental service right by the check in desk & were so quick to get us a nice car for a great price . I will definitely be going back here on my next trip to Orlando .
That the pool closes too early .
Pool enjoyable and convenient, staff very friendly and Helpful.
Difficult to recognize main entrance.
The pools lacation to main attractions
A/c unit was loud when it turned on
Run down and sketchy at night.
Beds were comfortable.
Not as clean/kept up as I've liked.
Refrig must have had a leak as the floor was wet infront of it. Bath room mirror was damaged. Rugs were worn. Property needs a serious update.
Felt like a shady motel
There's a pool onsite and when we walked into our room, the towels looked extremely clean - bright white. Most of the staff were friendly, except the people in the sub shop there across from reception/registration
Thought this hotel was closer to the airport than it actually was, but it was still 20 mins w/o traffic. Chose this one b/c we had an early morning flight and it was $85. You get what you pay for here, but assuming that the $35 hotel would have been the same. Just parking, you see people hanging out in the parking lot after 9pm which made me uncomfortable. Once you enter the building you see how old and run down this place is. Our room was okay, but then we saw the ants in the bathroom and them on the table in the room. I was ready to just get out of there. Thankfully we were there just to sleep and left VERY early. Spent less than 8 hours, which was more than needed. Stay away if you can. There are better hotels in the same price range and I'd pay more not to stay here
Got bit by spiders during the night. Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom mirror needs replaced bathroom door knob did not function properly.
Convenient and at just the right price.
My room was quite adequate but during rain there was a leaky window which I did report to staff.
Easy to get to my meeting from the location
Reception at the desk could not get the tax exempt right and still put it on my bill after giving them all nessary info. Came bake after driving 40 miles to get it off.
The Staff was competent and courtest
The Room was not clean. The beds were the extremely old and very hard. The detached unit was difficult to locate our first night. Due to the lack of cleanliness and poor bed quality, we did check-out one day early.
Peaceful atmosphere. Close location to Theme Parks.
My room was not ready at check in. I waited over 30 minutes
I received a service charge in the morning for unknown services provided. This is a scam.
The gardens were beautiful and the hotel fulfilled our needs for the two nights we stayed there.
Could have been somewhat cleaner but it is an old building and is showing the wear.
The Sleep Number Bed.
Customer service. Were told two and three different things when calling guest services.
