The lobby is beautiful and the starbucks on site is great.
The bathrooms were disgusting and had mold and rust
Location and comfort
I made a reservation online at a good price and when the hotel debited me, they charged me double, they charge parking when all hotels in the area do not charge
Rooms were very dusty. Not even sure if the ancient fire sprinklers would work if there was a fire. Lobby is nice, they forgot to fix the rest of the hotel. Bathroom was very rusted, sink was hard to turn on tub filed up while you showered. The parking fee is ridiculous . For the amount I PAID I probably would have been better off staying at a motel 6.
Everything I said above.
The proximity to Disney parks was great.
The $20 resort fee plus $15 parking fee was absurd. If you charge $35 per night extra, there should be adequate parking spaces and you should feel like you are at a resort. There was rust in the shower, a huge hole where the shower head attached to the wall, they never gave us towels and rags of correct number, and things were outdated. The bed was good and the room was overall clean which are very important, but for the price and hidden tacked on fees it is not worth the money. My family and I have stayed here 5 times over the years, but will be hard pressed to come again. With the name change of the hotel came some negativity changes for the hotel. #disappointed
The only good thing is that the hotel is 10 mins away from the parks
Rooms. The rooms are old. Had to ask the staff to change my comforter cuz the inside of it was all squished to one side. Idk maybe some of the buildings were remodeled but I stayed at bldg 6000 and it was terrible. So humid inside, old sticky carpet, the AC unit barely working, the bathroom is old as well. Way too bad for a 4 star hotel.
Pools and hot tubs along with placement are great with towels and a bar. Receipt was placed under door in morning with no need to physically checkout.
Cleaning of the bathroom and rooms to have microwaves and minor repairs of items in rooms.
Overall my stay was a good experience. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the multiple pools and hot tubs, and I found the front desk staff very helpful and kind.
The housekeeping was truly the worst I've ever experienced and I've stayed in some shady hotels. The first day our room was not cleaned AT ALL, the beds weren't even made, nor were we given clean towels. The rest of the days we had minimal housekeeping service with our beds being made, but our sheets never being changed. I know this because there was a gross stain on one of the pillows, and I had to use that pillow for an entire week! It wasn't until the very last day of our week long stay that we had a full room clean including things like new little shampoos and lotions replenished, and sheets changed. This hotel needs to seriously improve their housekeeping if they want guests to return. It is by far their weakest area.
Mediocre at best
the staff was friendly
Being locked out of my room for 45 minutes and having my key card not work during my stay was not ideal. Checked in late after a long day and it was the last way I wanted to spend the remainder of my time in Orlando.
Just OK for the money.
Location. Two pools, fitness center, cafe in lobby.
The facilities are not kept clean. I understand there are lots of kids playing everywhere, but at least once per day I’d expect staff to vacuum and pick up the empty bags of chips in elevators and hallways etc. Theres no reason the mess I saw in the hallways should be unattended to for multiple days. Luckily our room itself was clean.
Your website scheduled me for the wrong day
I called in regards to switching the reservation moments after booking it because kayak switched my reservation to the next day instead of the weekend I wanted and nobody was willing to work with me.
