Nice, clean and spacious rooms, close to the Knysna Waterfront, reception was helpful with booking us on the John Benn Laguna sail trip.

The room was clean. Breakfast included hot made to order items.
Layout of room did not look like picture on the internet. Everything was outdated. Only 4 towels total provided for 4 guests in the room.

not much at all
we had to kill a cockroach i the room. our car got broken into in the hotel parking lot. they deducted the hotel stay without my final authorisation. the DSTV was not working and i had to phone at night to have it activated.
