Amazing view, breakfast was nice, shower in the room was great and the free shuttle service to the pier was convenient. Also the hotel is very clean. The hotel doesn’t have a private beach but they take you to one nearby which is beautiful and just a two minute boat ride from the hotel (you can swim there). But you have to pay 100 baht per person and no one at the hotel tells you that which was embarrassing as we brought nothing on us. Also you can snorkel close to the hotel and see sea turtles if you’re lucky.

Way too much stairs especially when going down to take the boat to the beach. The view from the hotel is amazing but it is basically the only plus. The prices to rent a sup, kayak or snorkel are high, I thought there would be a discount for guests but no luck. They pool is nice but they use it for the diving courses which is super annoying as you have to listen to the instructor all day. I saw a lot of reviews before taking this hotel mention the shuttle driver isn’t nice, and I thought it’s probably an exaggeration but it isn’t - he isn’t nice. And lastly the restaurant is expensive compared to town prices . But there’s a nice restaurant outside the hotel - eagle view, it’s a climb but cheap and great food.

Amazing view from the rooms. The boat trip around the island was fantastic, very high quality. Nice and diligent staff. Diving school employees very kind. Shuttles to town are comfortable. Beach next to the hotel is great but you have to take a boat to get there.

Way too many steps. Imagine going to breakfast, figuring out you forgot something at the hotel and having to hike 15 minutes to get it. Not recommended if you're not in shape. Design a bit too old fashioned urban for my taste.
