Park Palace Hotel

This hotel is NOT clean! The entrance was dirty and gloomy, the walls of the rooms were clearly infiltrated by water and lined with mold, and lastly the bed and pillows were a disgusting shade of grey, clearly a sign of mold and of the general need for replacements. The toilet is also investment with mold, like the shower curtain, and other maintenance issues. Not a surprise when the general attitude of the management is penny-pinching and skimping on necessary replacements and not spending on any investment. All the defects are clearly visible and when asked for replacements will bluntly refuse or ask for more money. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly rude, and were clearly trying to hustle for more money by falsely asking us for GST tax payments even though they were already included under Goods and Services Tax. Beware!
