Conveniently sited near the KK Termional Two Airport. it will make a lot of transit passenger properly rested before the next morning's flight check in.no need to run to city center and rush back next day.
Breakfast at 7am only, many transit customer would have boarded the plane, suggest to have earlier breakfast time, this suggestion made at counter, was replied that, " sir, boleh tah pau" (take away). but the restaurant was not even open when people left for the airport.

Free airport shuttle and close to Terminal 1 at KKIA. Was contacted by management via phone about 10 mins after booking to confirm flight arrival time/flight number and confirm that we would prefer a king bed rather than 2 twins which was exceptionally quick and much appreciated customer service. Decent price for a decent room. Was only there to overnight for connecting flight in the morning so it served its purpose well. Would use again as an airport hotel. Would stay elsewhere if looking to stay in KK for a few days.
Free airport shuttle did not show up to pick us up at arrival therefore had to pay 25 RM for a taxi. They did drive us to the airport in the morning though. Check in a little slow as only one person at reception. A little loud when other people in the corridors. Power outage at 6 am caused the shower pump to stop working for 15 mins so water pressure was very poor for shower. The power was only out momentarily but the pump did not come back on again for 15 mins or so for some reason, (of course it was back on as soon as we didn't need it!)
