C$ 720 Find Cheap Flights to Kota Kinabalu

The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Economy is very uncomfortable. Feels like they are punishing you for flying economy. There was no premium economy at all in the plane. Obviously old vintage plane, They should not be flying those planes. It is dangerous. Need to think more of passenger comfort than their money pocketbook. Hari Doss

Food was very mediocre. Economy is pretty uncomfortable. Crew was excellent and responsive.

The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good.

Our flight was delayed by one hour. Luckily, we were still able to make our connection. This flight is really an Alaska Airlines flight and not the same excellent service and comfort as Japan Airlines.

In general, Japan Airlines was great! The flight attendants are kind and attentive. I was surprised to receive a late dinner on this flight, as most U.S. airlines do not serve a full meal. Because of this late meal, the lights in the cabin were not turned down until very late. I was hoping to sleep, but couldn't with the lights on so late. Also, this was a red-eye flight. Food was delicious and plentiful. Seats are very comfortable!

It was okay, short flight so nothing much to comment.
