Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty floors, unclean bathrooms, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unfriendly staff, strict and poorly communicated check-out policies, and insufficient amenities. Noise levels were problematic for several guests due to poor sound insulation. However, the comfort of the beds was consistently praised by those who mentioned it.
