Rooms are too small. Family room included the third bed in a drawer under the main bed.

It is a modern and clean hotel,location near train and bus station, just several minutes walk. The zoo in Kristiansand is the best I have visited.

It seems that the hotel follows a 'no-nonsense' policy, comparable with that of Ryanair (if I may say so). Means: young casual personnel and basic facilities in a modern jacket. We stayed here one night after arriving with the Ferry from Danmark, before starting a tour through Norway. For one night the hotel is okay and for budget-travellers it is okay, too. I suppose for Norwegian understandings the hotel was quit cheap and therefor one shouldn't expect lots of space an luxury.
One should see everything in its right context, so we have no complaints. However I want to mention the extremely small room we had. It felt like we were sleeping in a 'walk-in closet'.
