Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the spaciousness of the rooms, making it convenient for exploring the city and comfortable for families. However, several reviews highlight issues with service, such as unresponsive or indifferent staff, missing amenities, and slow check-in. Cleanliness is also a concern for some guests, with mentions of unpleasant smells and poor maintenance. While a few guests enjoyed the breakfast, others found it lacking in variety and quality. Overall, the hotel offers good value and location, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
